An experiment in crowdsourcing, this limited-edition site-specific effervescent floral hard cider comes exclusively from heritage wild apple trees within Dirksen Nature Park in Tigard, Oregon. A true representation from this 48-acre preserve, the natural terroir from these apples and place was complemented with organic rose petals and hibiscus flowers, and then force-carbonated to introduce slight effervescence. Crafted September 2020 - February 2021. 7.0% ABV. 500ml bottle.
